So Gary still hasn't gotten back to me. Apparently he hasn't replied to a lot of people lately and hasn't been seen on the boards. If anyone knows a good detective in the Las Vegas area, that'd be cool.
But anyway, I propose a solution. The main thing on the player card is the contract information, with option eligibility. If I post a folder with a screenshot of every team's contracts, would that be a sufficient compromise? That way everyone can see how long player X's contract they are trading for is, or if their player is option eligible. The only thing it wouldn't show is extension eligibility, but I can make a list of all the players extension eligible in that subforum.
So if I address that portion of the issue, are we good to sim on? I can't do anything about the scouting reports, but those aren't that valuable anyway. What does everyone think?
Also, to propose a permanent solution, I could make Hasheem Thabeet like 65 years old and force him to retire at the end of the season. That would solve it after this season.

Sounds like a good fix to me.

Updated with a permanent solution at the bottom.

I will take the hit on Thabeet since he's on my team, retire him, whatever. If it's for the good of the league I'm in. I think the league is ready to start simming.

Or just check any online site that has salary information, really.

Sounds like a fair enough solution to me. Anyway to help Lakeshow so he doesn't take the financial hit? If there is one.

Getting rid of Thabeet seems like the best solution. His ratings are pretty bad so it won't have too big of an effect on LakeShow's team.

Sounds like a good idea to me. It's amazing that Gary isn't around at all. He's got a great product here but hasn't put much into it in the last few months. Sad really.

Agree that you do what's needed and that it's sufficient. PS LakeShow, I heard that retiring Westbrook permanently after this year will be also good for the league... So, you're in?

I can edit his contract out to expire after this year.

So we just deal with HTML error for one season, correct?

Ideally. If Thabeet doesn't retired as a 88 year old, then I don't know what else to do.
