In addition to the supercoaches issue:
Those of you who are making offers to coaches at lower levels than what other teams have offered, you're not going to win them. Coaches will always take the highest position available on the HC/A1/A2/A3 ladder offered, provided it meets their minimum requirement for a position (Ex: Terry Stotts won't take anything but a HC position).

Is there anything that limits a team in terms of spending? I mean, if a team hires and then fires a HC every year, there has to be something that limits this.... right?
