This is my first season but it seems like all can bid on coaches and then it is just a matter of luck no? so you could build a decent team and get a crappy coach because you were not lucky enough to get Phil... How did OKC get Phil? If we are removing the above I think Phil and the likes should be gone as well...

Phil is an actual and real coach, and one of the best ever. Even his ratings aren't as good as Copeland or some of the mega-coaches lol, which is the whole point of this.

It's unrealistic that every year, we have these guys with absolutely no experience come into the league and have better ratings than legends such as Phil.

We'll devise a way to introduce new coaches as time goes by and stuff.
